That violation falls under Administrative Code 28-301.1, failure to maintain a building in a code-compliant manner, also carrying a $2,500 penalty, with a hearing scheduled for December 2.

Both violations are listed as active with balances of $2,500 due and hearings pending; neither respondent has paid to date, per DOB records.
