Per DOB Complaints Received records, elevator complaints landed at 225 West 123rd Street in Manhattan (BIN 1088671), 2960 West 29th Street in Brooklyn (BIN 3398092), 538 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn (BIN 3427487), and 789 St. Marks Avenue in Brooklyn (BIN 3030735), all routed to DOB's elevator unit (ELEVR) and all listed as active as of this writing.

A complaint is not a finding. DOB records show these as received and under the ELEVR/status fields shown above, with no disposition yet logged for any of the four addresses.

The rest of the two-day batch was routine mix: illegal-conversion and construction-safety complaints (categories 23 and 91) at addresses in Brooklyn's Community Boards 302 and 308, plus a handful of closed items already resolved with disposition codes A1 and L1 — DOB's shorthand for inspected-and-closed outcomes.

No stop-work order, ECB violation, or injury record accompanied any of these entries as of this run.

Separately, ABC7NY reported at least three people injured in a high-rise apartment fire in the Bronx on September 15. DOB's own incident record for that address had not posted as of this writing, and no dob_context was available to cross-reference active filings or violation history there.
