The RFI Wire

Every card carries how well it is verified. Confirmed means matched to a primary record — an agency filing, a permit, a docket. Reported means a named outlet has it and we have not yet matched it to a primary record. Filed means an application or notice exists and the underlying claim is untested. Proposed means announced or rendered, with no approval or permit. Alleged means asserted in a court filing — a filing is a legal record, not proof the claim is true. Verify before you price anything.
