The scoreboard nobody else publishes.How to read this: Spread is how far the second-lowest bid came in above the apparent low, as a percent of the low bid — (second low − low) ÷ low. It is shown only where the owner published at least two comparable bids. "Bidder count n/a" means the owner has not published a bid tab for that record — not that nobody bid. Results are as read at public bid openings and subject to review: the apparent low bidder is not the awardee until the owner makes an award. Firm names and amounts are public record.
