Four construction workers were injured in falls and equipment-related incidents across Manhattan, the Bronx and Brooklyn between October 26 and October 30, according to DOB Construction-Related Incidents records. None of the five incidents logged this week involved a fatality, per DOB records.

The most recent happened October 30 at 738 Greenwich Street in Manhattan (BIN 1011862), where DOB records list the incident type as "Worker Fell" with one injury reported. The address sits on Block 633, Lot 24 in Community District 102.

Two more falls were recorded October 29. At 65 Water Street in Manhattan (BIN 1083346, Block 32, Lot 7501), DOB records show a "Worker Fell" accident with one injury. The same day, at 21 Charles Place in Brooklyn (BIN 3428696, Block 3183, Lot 71, Community District 304), DOB records list another "Worker Fell" accident, also with one injury.

Also on October 29, DOB records show a "Mechanical Construction Equipment" accident at 750 East 141 Street in the Bronx (BIN 2131024, Block 2570, Lot 18, Community District 201), with one injury reported.

A fifth incident, on October 26 at 39-39 Queens Boulevard in Queens (BIN 4002508, Block 190, Lot 44, Community District 402), was logged by DOB as a "Mechanical Construction Equipment" incident with no injury reported.

DOB's incident dataset classifies each of these as either an "Accident" or an "Incident" record type; the department has not released narrative details on cause for any of the five as of this writing. Separately, DOB's complaints database logged roughly 100 new construction- and building-related complaints citywide in the two days ending October 31, a volume consistent with the department's typical daily intake and not itself evidence of a broader safety trend tied to this week's incidents.

DOB's online BIS/DOB NOW portals carry permit and violation history for each BIN listed above; the incident reports themselves do not state fault or cause.
