RFI-000147Southern Boulevard bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements (HWX405), the BronxDOT; Vision Zero corridorSept. 16 (PASSPort shows 11:30 a.m. opening; public grid 11 a.m. — work to the earlier)EPIN 85026B0091; agency estimate $14,328,586; project budget $19.9 million; date has moved twice
RFI-000142Safe Routes to Schools, Queens — North (HWCSCHPQN)DOT; eight schoolsSept. 17, 11:30 a.m.EPIN 85026B0094; agency estimate $22,538,311; project budget $33.3 million; two PASSPort RFx records carry this EPIN, only Round 2 (37150) is live

Two things to notice in that second table. Southern Boulevard's date has moved twice already, and there's an 11 a.m. / 11:30 a.m. disagreement between PASSPort and the public grid — so work to 11 a.m. and you can't be late. And look at the budget-versus-estimate gap on both jobs: $19.9 million budget against a $14.33 million estimate, $33.3 million against $22.54 million. The budget line is the whole project, design and contingency included. Your bid is against the estimate.

That last row is there to make a point, not to flag a job: it's a services contract bought by piggybacking another government's contract, and the notice names no facility. It's how DOT buys, not something you'll see on the Bid Board.
