The Department of Buildings logged four construction-related incidents across three boroughs in the first full week of October, three of them involving a worker injury, according to DOB Construction-Related Incidents records.

On October 9, a mechanical construction equipment incident at 1959 Jerome Avenue in the Bronx (BIN 2008386) left one person injured, per DOB records. The address sits on block 2862, lot 90, in Community District 205.

On October 7, DOB recorded a worker fall at 60 Division Avenue in Brooklyn (BIN 3323169), with one injury reported. The site falls within Council District 34 and Community District 301, per the agency's incident log.

The same day, a second mechanical construction equipment incident was logged at 275 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn (BIN 3000605), also with one injury, according to DOB records. That address sits in Community District 302.

A fourth record from October 7, at 52 William Street in Manhattan (BIN 1001006), was filed as a notification for an 'Other Construction Related' matter with no injury reported, per DOB records.

None of the four incidents carried a fatality designation. DOB's incident database does not include cause findings in these fields; the agency's own investigation, if any, would determine what happened at each site.

Separately, DOB's complaint system logged roughly 100 new construction-related complaints citywide over the prior two days, spanning categories from illegal conversions to elevator and boiler conditions, per DOB Complaints Received data. A complaint is an unverified report, not a finding, and DOB inspection outcomes on those addresses were not yet available in the records reviewed.
