At 22-20 Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway, 2206 Cornaga LLC was cited for a roughly 3-foot step crack above a second-floor window on the building's east wall — a $2,500 charge under the building-wall-maintenance code, found in violation. At 35-04 93rd Street in Jackson Heights, Zheng Ning was cited $2,500 for two AC units installed on the second floor without support brackets. At 174-46 Gladwin Avenue in Fresh Meadows, Li Bo was cited $1,250 for a rear exterior cellar stairway with no handrail.

One ticket involves work without a permit: at 135-11 40th Road in Flushing, the Fu Hao Grace Condominium was issued a combined stop-work and ECB violation for electrical work performed without a permit — new ceiling cabling for lighting in a first-floor commercial space, described in the record as roughly 70 percent complete before the stop-work order, per DOB records. The $1,250 charge was found in violation.

All twenty tickets carry a "compliance status" of "All Terms Met" and a zero balance due in the current record, meaning the underlying penalty has been resolved administratively even where the hearing found a violation.
