In Manhattan, Taha Associates Inc was cited twice at 2275 7th Avenue: once for lack of light, air, and ventilation tied to what the inspector describes as an illegal SRO conversion in the cellar, and once for water-line work done without a permit. At 47-27 195th Street in Queens, HY Design & Development L was cited for tie-backs installed on a party wall without approval as part of a partial demolition, and separately for denying an inspector access to the site while a worker locked the door and continued working inside.
