All are logged as Class 1 or Class 2 with hearings scheduled for November 25 at DOB's ECB tribunal.

Elsewhere in the same batch of September 15 violations, DOB cited MJH Construction Corp at a Myrtle Avenue site in Brooklyn (BIN 3000000, block 04690, lot 0073) for continuing work — bringing in an additional knuckle-boom truck to deliver structural material — while a partial stop-work order was in effect. That violation, 39559185X, carries a $10,000 penalty, the aggravated end of ECB's fine scale for defying a stop-work order.

Also in the batch: LiteHouse Builders Inc was cited at a site in Staten Island (BIN 3184057, block 06821, lot 0244) for missing safety debris netting on a scaffold in multiple sections, not just at the loading area — a falling-object hazard, per the violation description, with a $2,500 penalty and a November 25 hearing. And Innovative Constr NYC LLC was cited at 130 Lee Avenue in Brooklyn for a six-story new building with no overhead protection over an adjacent property's balcony and an incomplete facade — a $10,000 penalty, the maximum in this batch.
