New York Presbyterian pulled a $6.9 million New York City Department of Buildings permit for an infusion center fit-out spanning three floors and the roof at 56-45 Main Street in Flushing, Queens, city permit records show.
The work covers the 6th, 7th and 8th floors plus the roof, with general construction, mechanical systems, and plumbing scopes listed on the permit. Consigli Construction Co. is named as the general contractor and Cardoza Plumbing Corp. as the plumbing contractor, according to the DOB filing. The filing states no change in use, egress, or occupancy.
Separately, JT Magen & Company pulled a $2.1 million permit at 125 Park Avenue in Manhattan for a 16th-floor buildout tied to a TD Bank marketing floor, per the same permit batch — new partitions, doors, ceilings and finishes, also with no change in use, egress, or occupancy claimed.
Both permits are interior fit-out work rather than new ground-up construction, and both name the GC already holding the job — these aren't open bids, they're confirmation that a previously awarded scope is now permitted to proceed.
What to do next
If you're an MEP or interiors sub working the hospital or healthcare-fitout space in Queens, Consigli's infusion center buildout at 56-45 Main Street is now permitted and moving — worth a call if you haven't already got a piece of it. Mechanical and finish subs working Midtown office fit-outs should note JT Magen is active at 125 Park Avenue; both jobs are permit-confirmed as of October 26, per NYC DOB.
