And NYSDOT is out to bid on asphalt pavement resurfacing on Routes 111 and 27A in Suffolk County — CRN 2138425, due October 1.

Three trades, three owners, same morning: fire protection/mechanical at a Port Authority facility, HVAC at a CUNY campus, paving on Long Island. None of them has an engineer's estimate or a plan-holder count posted yet — that's normal this early, not a signal either way.
