“If you're a tile shop that missed Brooklyn, you've got until the 18th to not miss Queens.”

Read that table with the three-door story in mind. Two elevator packages, two floor-tile programs, an in-unit design-build RFQ, generators and roof tanks — that's apartments, vertical transportation and building systems, exactly the trade lanes the Physical Needs Assessment says are deepest. The Marcy row is a tracker-sourced listing with a City Record link; confirm the date with the agency before you plan around Wednesday. And note RFI-001540 and RFI-001393 look like the same September 18 tile program seen from two portals — the first off the City Record, the second off a City Record request — so count it once.

Undated NYCHA RFQs also on the board: Surfside Gardens lobby (RFI-000033) and elevator replacement (RFI-000035); community-center upgrades at Bushwick (RFI-000053), Astoria (RFI-000052), Mott Haven (RFI-000024) and Isaacs doors/windows (RFI-000037); IDIQ HVAC service (RFI-000051); pump repair (RFI-000054, RFI-000026); Douglass Houses in-unit design-build (RFI-000034); monochloramine and chlorination systems (RFI-000022, RFI-000023); Polo Grounds ground settlement (RFI-000025); gas-piping inspections (RFI-001368); A/E and Local Law inspection services (RFI-000017); JOC general construction IDIQ (RFI-000018). Undated means the agency hasn't set the date yet, not that the job's gone — those stay live.

One that already closed: the Brooklyn V/C floor tile cluster (CR#2136631, ten developments in BK04/BK05) closed Aug. 21. That's the program-blitz shape NYCHA uses for apartment work — one number, ten developments, ten rows — and the Queens/Staten Island package on September 18 is the next wave of the same thing. If you're a tile shop that missed Brooklyn, you've got until the 18th to not miss Queens.
