A batch of Department of Buildings violations are scheduled for OATH/ECB hearings on October 29, according to OATH's Hearings Case Status dataset, with facade-related and work-without-permit charges making up most of the docket.

Two tickets issued to OM General Contractors Co. at 536 West 111th Street in Manhattan cite expired permits on temporary construction equipment, per DOB records. One violation, dated August 25 at 10 a.m., describes two suspended scaffolds installed at the front of the building for facade repair under permit M01261381-I1-SC, which DOB says had expired with no renewal as of the inspection. A second violation issued the same day and time cites a sidewalk shed at the same address under permit M01256870-I1-SH, also described as expired. Both carry a total violation amount of $1,250 and were found "in violation" at hearings decided October 2, according to OATH records.

At 229 Broadway in Manhattan, 233 Broadway Borrower LLC was cited August 24 for failure to maintain the exterior, per DOB records. The violation describes spalled, damaged coating observed at approximately the 43rd and 45th floors on the north elevation. The ticket carries a $2,500 violation amount and was found in violation.

Two tickets against Demain C'est Loin LLC at 48 East 81st Street in Manhattan, both dated August 21, cite electrical and ductwork installations without active permits, according to DOB records — one noting a DOB NOW filing marked work-complete while new electrical work continued, the other describing ductwork installed from the first to third floor with no permit on file.

Separately, OATH records show a cluster of six tickets against AAA Builders Inc. tied to 25-44 Steinway Street in Queens, all issued September 24, 2025, and all marked "DEFAULTED" with hearings rescheduled to October 29. Each cites failure to comply with a commissioner's order to file a certificate of correction, per the charge description, and each carries a $1,280 balance due. A separate pair of tickets against Andon Investment Limited Partners at 61-18 93rd Street in Queens, dated September 23, 2025, also show defaulted status — one citing missing fire-stopping through floors 1, 3 and 4, the other citing a non-self-closing exit door on the third floor, per DOB records.

Other hearings on the October 29 calendar include a code-compliance citation against Hung Thanh Inc. at 429 Broome Street in Manhattan for roughly 30 advertising posters affixed to the exterior brick facade, and a construction-nonconformance citation against Titanium Construction Services at 332 West 11th Street in Manhattan, describing a seven-story alteration building with structural work completed to the roof level that DOB found did not conform to approved documents.

Separately, DOB's complaints-received log shows 100 new complaints entered October 26-28 across the five boroughs, including boiler, electrical and elevator categories — volume that gives context to the pace of enforcement activity but does not itself establish any violation, per DOB records.
