The Brooklyn College job — four buildings, fire pump replacement and standpipe work — priced out narrower, $2.9 million to $3.2 million. York College's spread is wider and the ceiling is higher, which tells you DASNY sees more scope risk here, or just a bigger mechanical footprint to touch.
