The Department of Design and Construction registered a $3.73 million grant-funded contract with the New York Public Library's Astor, Lenox and Tilden Foundation to design the Tompkins Square Library renovation, running November 5, 2026 through November 3, 2029, according to NYC Comptroller's Checkbook NYC.
