NYC Parks renewed D&G Elite Construction's contract for Queens tree-damaged sidewalk reconstruction at $6.16 million, running August 2026 to August 2028 — the same program that sent JRCRUZ $4.35 million for the Bronx and Manhattan version last week, so the city is working this repair backlog borough by borough with different low bidders in each.
