Senior engineering post planning, coordinating and supervising the county's environmental facilities engineering projects and the staff on them, reporting to the Deputy Commissioner. Requires a NYS Professional Engineer license, with two of the qualifying years in supervising design and construction of a major water supply, sewage treatment or solid waste system.
