Baruch's footprint on East 25th Street is getting worked from the inside (library floors) and the outside (facade) inside the same bid cycle, and both carry abatement scopes, which tells you the buildings are old enough that asbestos is baked into nearly everything DASNY touches there.

For a GC or abatement sub already working CUNY jobs — and there's no shortage this month, with Brooklyn College and York College also live on DASNY's board — this is a two-for-one shot at the same campus, same owner, same procurement rules. Bidding both means one set of DASNY paperwork and prequalification effort covering two separate contracts.
The library job's due date, October 29, gives a full month to pull the abatement scope apart from the fit-out work and price them separately, which is where CUNY abatement jobs usually hide their real cost. The Newman Hall facade job closes two days earlier, October 27 — worth checking whether a single asbestos abatement sub could reasonably chase both given the tight window between them.
