Request for qualifications for a progressive design-build team to design and rebuild the 2.4-mile Riegelmann Boardwalk, including piles, pile caps and decking raised in places to about +16 ft, plus 9 restroom buildings, 6 lifeguard stations, 4 shade pavilions and a new garage building. Short-listed teams get a targeted RFP expected in Q4 2026. An optional remote information session is Oct. 9 at 10 a.m., Addendum 1 (Oct. 6) must be signed and attached to the response, and documents are on the NYCEDC RFPs page.
