Progressive design-build team selected: Technico Construction Services, with STV as design partner and Preservation Logistics. The job renovates 209 apartments in a single 19-story building. It is the first progressive design-build contract at a NYCHA property: three teams were shortlisted, and the request for proposals went out in February 2026. No contract value was announced. Design, financing and construction are expected to finish by 2029.
