Design-build team selected: Fifth Avenue Builders (FAB), the Urban Atelier Group and Camber Property Group joint venture that also won Bronx River Addition. The job renovates 193 apartments in one building: windows, kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, ventilation and hazardous-material removal. Shortlisted firms got the request for proposals in October 2025. No contract value was announced. Completion is expected by the end of 2028.
