This is the kind of scope — one structure, one trade, a hard deadline — that a two- or three-crew GC can actually staff without stretching thin, and Parks jobs like this rarely draw the crowd a school or hospital job does.

If you service elevators, the Village of Scarsdale wants a service and maintenance contract for its village-owned buildings, due September 8 (RFI-001398, listed on BidNet Direct). It's not glamorous, but it's recurring revenue with a municipal client — the kind of contract that pays your overhead while you chase the bigger stuff.

Underground, the Hicksville Water District is bidding a water main installation due September 9.
