Request for qualifications from engineering firms for construction inspection on a state-funded resurfacing of NY 25A in Brookhaven (mill and 2-inch overlay, drainage work, new pavement markings, camera detection). The estimated construction cost is $10 million. Construction letting is planned for Feb. 4, 2027, and the inspection contract runs about 14 months. M/WBE goal is 30% and SDVOB goal is 6%.
