Replace a sewer pump station and forcemain and install four generators at the Emerald Green pump station sites. Separate bids for Contract GC-1 (general construction) and Contract EC-1 (electrical construction), each with a 5% bid guarantee. Pre-bid conference Oct. 15 at 1 p.m. at the project site (encouraged, not required); bid documents come from the project engineer, MHE Engineering, for a $50 digital fee.
