The VA is replacing the gabled, dormer and flat roofs on Buildings 12 and 27 at its Montrose campus, including asbestos abatement, roof demolition and new fall protection, with some work outside normal hours. This is a sealed bid, and the VA puts the job between $1 million and $5 million. Bids are due October 9 at 9:45 a.m.; check the bid documents for the submission instructions. It is a 100 percent set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and you must show as certified in the SBA registry when you bid.
