Update, Sept. 16: This DEP proposal is still open, now due Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 4 p.m. It is construction management for the flow control improvements at Hillview Reservoir in Yonkers. Three addenda are out. Agency estimate is about $49 million, and the construction contract behind it is a much bigger job.
