Eleven separate requirement contracts across Queens and Staten Island developments. Three-year term with two one-year renewal options. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage applies and Labor Law 220-i contractor registration is required before you bid. This is a different solicitation from the Brooklyn V/C tile package that closed in August — check the development list on the notice before pricing. To be awarded you have to be on NYCHA's tile pre-qualified list. Update, Sept. 14: NYCHA's current notice moves the bid date from Sept. 18 to Sept. 25, still at 2:00 PM.
