Update, Sept. 16: DDC postponed this bid one week, from Sept. 17 to Thursday, Sept. 24, with the opening at 2:30 p.m. The job replaces the rooftop chiller at New York City Center and the air handlers in the 4th through 6th floor mechanical rooms, with new louvers on the 56th Street side and supporting structural, electrical and plumbing work. An addendum with revised drawings is out. Agency estimate is about $4.2 million.
