General building construction of a new town recreation center. This is a rebid: the first round was canceled. The town's notice shows two dates, a due date of Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. and a bid opening of Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. Plan for the earlier one and check the bid documents. Documents cost $75 and are picked up from the project architect in West New York. Sealed bids go to the Town Clerk at the Municipal Building, 428 60th Street.
