Two separate trade contracts are out: electrical construction and rooftop photovoltaic construction. The work is at the elementary school on Oscawana Lake Road and the high school on Peekskill Hollow Road. Bidders need a 5% bid bond or certified check, the winner posts performance and payment bonds, and every contractor and sub must take part in a state-approved apprenticeship program. Prevailing wage applies.
