Milling and resurfacing of American Way from Meadowland Parkway to Enterprise Avenue and of Hartz Way from American Way to 100 Secaucus Road, with new sidewalk, curb, ADA ramps, signs and drainage. Main quantities: 20,485 square yards of milling, 2,835 tons of surface course, 3,160 feet of concrete curb, 1,055 square yards of sidewalk and 810 feet of 15-inch concrete pipe. Drainage work must be done by Jan. 15, 2027 and everything else by May 28, 2027. Plans are on file at the town's engineer, Boswell Engineering in South Hackensack; a digital set costs $10. Bid security is 10 percent, capped at $20,000. New Jersey prevailing wage applies.
