The VA is replacing sidewalks across its Lyons campus in Somerset County, New Jersey. This is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and offers are due Oct. 14 at 10 a.m. It replaces an earlier sealed-bid notice for the same job that the VA cancelled on Sept. 29, so firms that priced the old version should pull the new solicitation and check what changed.
