Westchester County is rehabilitating Building 1 at the county airport: roof and exterior repairs, new heating, plumbing, electrical and lighting, plus new fire and security systems. The county estimates $22 million to $24 million, and a Project Labor Agreement applies. The pre-bid inspection on October 7 at 11 a.m. at the terminal's second-floor administration office is mandatory — bids from firms that miss it or fail to sign the attendance sheet are rejected. County MWBE and SDVOB requirements apply. Bids are due October 28; check the bid documents for the time.
