The Herricks school board awarded the boiler-replacement job at Herricks Community Center and Herricks High School at its June 11, 2026 meeting: KG Mechanical Inc. of Farmingdale won the mechanical (boiler) construction contract at $1,350,000 after a voluntary discount, and Cooper Power and Lighting Corp., also of Farmingdale, won the related $210,000 electrical work.
