The district awarded the Construction Trades Annex renovation at Memorial Junior High School's maintenance building as four separate trade contracts let after the Jan. 6, 2026 bid opening: general construction to Total Construction Corp of Brooklyn for $479,000, mechanical to RMS Industries of New York (dba Reliance Mechanical) for $460,600, electrical to Locust Valley Electric for $394,000, and plumbing to Maccarone Plumbing for $110,600, a combined award of roughly $1.44 million.
