The 2022 Bond Phase IV work at ABGS Middle School, Barack Obama, Jackson Main, Joseph McNeil and David Paterson schools was split among four low bidders after bids opened March 12, 2026 -- Island Piping Solutions (plumbing, $39,000), Serve Well Electric (electrical, $399,000), RMS Industries of New York/Reliance Mechanical (mechanical, $935,300) and Arrow Steel Window Corp. (general construction GC-2, $1,999,400) -- while the district rejected all bids for the separate general-construction GC-1 and roof-replacement packages on budget grounds and sent those back out to rebid.
