OGS is soliciting a plumbing contract as part of a multi-trade renovation of the Yonkers Armory (2 Quincy Place, Yonkers), which is being bid in separate construction, electrical, HVAC and plumbing packages. Update, Sept. 18: the State puts its own estimate for this package at $1M-$2M, with a $53,400 bid deposit, and 28 firms have taken out bid documents on it so far. The State's estimate is for information only and is not part of the bidding requirements.
