The Town of Washington wants 30 windows on the first and second floors of its Town Hall removed and replaced with retrofit units, at state prevailing wage and finished by Dec. 31. Proposals are due Monday, Sept. 28 at noon. Site visits run through the week of Sept. 21. Small enough for a local window or carpentry shop.
