NYU Langone's real estate and facilities arm is taking on new trade contractors across its New York City, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut locations. Plumbing and electrical firms are wanted at every location; site assessment and special inspection firms for New York City work. There is no closing date - firms that qualify are put on master or on-call agreements, or prequalified to bid the health system's future construction management work. Respond through the qualification questionnaire on the health system's own procurement page.
