Update, Sept. 16: MTA moved the opening on this job from Sept. 17 to Tuesday, Sept. 22, and eight addenda are now out. It repairs subway fan plant components, the tunnel ventilation equipment that moves smoke and heat, and MTA puts it above $100 million, so there is real mechanical, electrical and structural sub work under the prime. Goals are 15% MBE, 15% WBE and 6% SDVOB.
