Bids open 8/19 at 2:00 PM after three extensions — 6/17 originally, then 7/15 by Addendum 2, 7/29 by Addendum 5, and 8/19 by Addendum 7. Eight addenda so far, so make sure you have all of them. The 6/5 pre-bid was not labeled mandatory, though Addendum 1 required 48 hours notice to attend. It is let as four separate trade contracts: C $7M-$8M, E $2M-$3M, H $2M-$3M, P $1M-$2M.
