Read the ad closely: NYCHA's own text describes the Surfside Gardens SG-1 through SG-5 scope, which looks like a copy-paste slip on the agency's end, so the real scope of this package is not confirmed. Surfside Gardens is its own solicitation (RFQ 517907) and it closed 8/10. Two firms have pulled plans so far — that is a floor, not a count of who is bidding.
