Update, Sept. 16: This Parks bid is still open. The agency moved it from Sept. 9 to Monday, Sept. 28, with the opening at 11:30 a.m. The job reconstructs waterfront at Little Bay Park in Queens and is FEMA-grant funded, so expect federal contract terms on top of the city's. Three addenda are out. Agency estimate is about $507,000, a size a smaller site or marine contractor can chase. Update, Oct. 2: Parks has this job out for bid again. Bids are now due Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 10:30 a.m., with the opening at 11:30 a.m. by Zoom. Five addenda are out, and the latest comes with a revised bid item price sheet.
